To support you in your career development, and based on your wishes expressed to the ECR council, CIBSS is launching "Elevate Together" a peer mentoring program. The main goal of the program is to provide you with the support and assistance that you need from other peers.

What are the benefits for you?

• A supportive network to accompany you along your journey for a six-month period.
• Gain motivation when you feel low, brainstorm ideas with peers, and discuss solutions when you encounter challenges.
• Share your progress and keep it tracked. Share tips and experiences whenever you can contribute.
