At the Freiburg Science Market (Wissenschaftsmarkt) 2021, the Cluster of Excellence CIBSS will show the people of Freiburg how fascinating signalling research is. With a science pub quiz, two entertaining lectures, chatty cells to be colored and videos about the immune system, anyone can get an insight into the research topics of CIBSS. With our instructions on how to make DNA molecules visible with simple means, even your own kitchen can become an experimental laboratory.

The digital "Freiburg Science Market" will use vivid and interactive activities to show how research in the region contributes to significant social issues and challenges. It all starts on June 7, 2021 - you can look forward to it! Through June 26, 2021, the website freiburger-wissenschaftsmarkt.de will offer plenty of exciting activities and content for curious adults and children.

CIBSS online content will be accessible for the entire duration of the Science Market. On June 15 and 25, there will be additional live online events that also offer the opportunity to speak directly with researchers.
