Make your DNA visible and learn about the language of cells!

The cells of our body and of all other living things have something in common: their genetic information is stored in the form of DNA. These long molecules are packed in the cell nucleus and contain the instructions for how the cell is constructed and how it "talks" to other cells in order to form tissues and organs together with them. At our stand, you can isolate your own DNA, making it visible to the naked eye. We also have exciting examples from CIBSS research: you can watch fish grow in eggs and learn how plants perceive their environment and communicate with bacteria.
